About the role:

As part of the Leadership and Tailored packages, Ark Curriculum Plus offers schools bespoke support from a Development Lead. At Ark Curriculum Plus we recognise the value in support from someone who has experience teaching and leading on the programme themselves to offer insight from their own experiences. For this reason, we work with a team of Associate Development Leads (ADLs) that support a range of our schools across the partnership.

We are excited to present the opportunity for new ‘Associate Development Leads’ to join our pool of external support in 24/25. This is a fantastic opportunity to join Geography Mastery Secondary, part of Ark Curriculum Plus, a venture born out of the Ark network. A forward-thinking, research informed, passionate team, we aim to support secondary schools in creating geographers of the future.

As a School Development Lead (Geography Mastery Secondary) your role is an integral part of the School Development Team, responsible for supporting Geography Leads across a portfolio of schools on the Geography Mastery programme. • Deliver training and CPD where required to an excellent standard in line with internal guidelines
