To aid our partner schools on the route to recovery, whilst continuing to develop teacher expertise, we have updated our professional development offer for all partner schools on the English Mastery and Mathematics Mastery programmes.
Designed for teachers, subject leads and school leadership, our new PD offer includes training within strands:
- Induction Training - This essential training explores the principles and pedagogy of the programmes, along with an overview of implementation and impact.
- Teaching Essentials - Online modules to help address key themes in the classroom.
- Workshops - These interactive sessions are a chance to share expertise with colleagues surrounding topical issues facing teachers and to provide important updates on our curriculum programme.
- Embedded unit-level Professional Development
- For Leadership & Tailored partnerships only:
- Subject Leadership - Deeper exploration of subject leadership and the principles and pedagogy which underpins our programmes.
- School development sessions and visits - Support from a dedicated subject mentor.
