Responding to emerging Covid needs at home and in the primary maths classroom

Hear from teachers Anna Brinkworth and Annabel Hill about their experiences of using the Mathematics Mastery programme this term.

Learn how they've been able to support remote learning, in-school intervention, and continue to work on teacher professional development.

Annabel is a Middle Leader and Year 4 class teacher at Ark Burlington Danes Primary Academy in West London.

Anna is Head of Year 1 at Ark Victoria Academy in Birmingham.

'If any pupils have been self isolating due to track or trace or being poorly, we have a self-isolation pack that we send out. This includes the Oak lessons which are in line with what's being taught from Mathematics Mastery in the classroom on the same day. So we can ensure that there's no gaps in learning, no child is left behind and there's continuous provision wherever possible.'
